Nh Torino Centro Hotel - Turin

The hotel was clean and cozy, and the location made it easy to explore places like the Royal Palace and the Mole Antonelliana. Breakfast was solid with a nice variety. A tip , the reception can be slow, so be prepared for a wait during check-in.

One downside was the lack of a kettle in our room. It would have been nice to enjoy tea or coffee without having to ask for it.

The breakfast was awesome and amazing, with plenty of food options.

We expected there would be business center, but didn't find it.

Perfect location 15 minutes walk from the centre and well connected by metro and bus next to the hotel. Exceptional breakfast with very attentive and efficient staff In general all staff are very friendly and helpful. A little further down from the hotel there are a couple of very good restaurants for dinner although in general the quality in the city is very good.

As a negative point we requested 2 beds and they put us 2 beds together that were joined by the sheet below (not our idea of 2 separate beds). In the washroom we would need some additional shelves and hangers. We noticed that my husband has back problems and we had to move to another room because the mattresses in the first one were not firm due to the continuous use. There was no problem but still the mattresses were not optimal for us.

The location is superb, just a short walk to the city center. The room lacked a kettle for hot drinks.

Everething is at: very good level : very helpfull and competent staff, clean and comfortable staff, good and diversified breakfast.

Rooms on the street a bit noisy

Quick check in,out procedures. If no problems arise staff is very gentle.

Internet prices are scandalous. If while in business travel, internet is a must, simply skip this hotel. The hotel is beginning to fade away in two ways: because of the time obsolescence and maybe more important, from overconfidence from staff and managers.

The breakfast was really nice with a great selection 🌟. The location was amazing. I could hear a bit of noise from the corridors at night.

the hotel was truly exceptional and overall clean with a good bar. it had central location close to ogr event venue. the main shopping center and a shopping street were right next door.

Excellent location, easy to get to and from the airport, reasonable price and good breakfast.

I liked the location of the hotel which is exactly next to venzaglio metro station which is just 1 metro stop from the city center and 10 mins walking from the center ... Clean safe and calm area ... Anyhow it was great choice but not very similar to the NH in lingotto

My room window was nearby a church bill which used to ring every time .. Wasn't really annoying but just need to mention ... And also the staff are kind and good but quite old.. Need young active people ..

Location and trasportation possibilities. There is a metro stop very close to the hotel to reach both the Industrial area and downtown locations, a taxi station in front of the hotel and a private car parking under the hotel. Good breakfast and very kind staff.

The location was perfect for exploring Turin, within walking distance to many attractions. The staff were prompt and attentive, assisting with every request. Breakfast featured a wide range of delicious options, catering to various tastes.

No kettle in the room.

Staff was friendly: we had a medical problem and they advised us to find a hospital, and they take care when we came back. They spoke Spanish.

Free Wifi is only available at the lobby but just for 30 minutes, but only for pc, and not for mobile phones.
